Service Description:

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst and Program Management Officer (PMO) to support the Tier1 Program on LT Steering. The responsibilities of the Data Analyst/PMO include:

• Preparing and following up on steering committee activities.
• Providing support to projects/streams with data analysis and data processing.
• Developing a good understanding of the projects/streams in the program and identifying interdependencies.
• Following up and challenging risks and issues in the streams and cross-streams.
• Supporting people impact analysis, change, and communication plans at both project/stream and program levels.
• Following up and challenging milestone planning/deliverables.
• Supporting the development of roadmaps for specific topics.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in (strategic) business projects/programs.
• Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with scripts for data processing (in R or other languages).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on approach.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English, both spoken and written.
• Autonomous and capable of managing their own agenda to meet program deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude.
• Ideally, knowledge of the energy sector or portfolio management.
• Strong relationship management skills, from executive sponsorship to project management.
