Concept Designer

Role Description:
As a Concept Designer, you will translate the Value Proposition proposed by the business into innovative solutions that address both user and business needs while optimizing user interaction with digital channels for both customers and employees. You will define the initial big picture, conceptualize how the product or service will address user needs, and how it will interact within a complex ecosystem of external and internal digital channels, including web and mobile apps, and employee interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive view of the project ecosystem and translate abstract ideas into tangible and visual concepts for stakeholders.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders through ideation techniques.
- Collect insights from qualitative and quantitative user testing, benchmarking, and data analytics.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice while aligning with business stakeholder needs.
- Curate Information Architecture by categorizing and structuring content for intuitive usability.
- Draft high-level, low-fidelity wireframes.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed solutions against current metrics.
- Deliver a concept report that solidifies your approach, research, testing, and proposed user flows from entry point to completion.
- Lead the ideation phase and support the UX/UI designer in refinement post-validation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in ideating with stakeholders and independently, with adaptability to various methodologies.
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFE, Spotify model).
- Mobile First and accessibility mindset.
- Proficient in English (C1-level) and a good understanding of French or Dutch (B1/2-level). Proficiency in writing and speaking one of these languages is an asset.
