Join the Airline center of excellence with comprehensive knowledge of people, functions, and end-to-end processes, as well as the various systems and tools used across the transport network.
Support functional and technical experts globally in describing, implementing, and supporting systems.
Provide 3rd line application support in Quality & Safety management, Training management, and Crew planning.
Investigate, analyze, and validate user change requests to drive continuous improvement with the support of the Program Manager.
Liaise closely with aviation expert users, IT functions, and third-party software suppliers.
Prepare the implementation of new customizations, functions, and modules, supporting each project stage through Analysis, Design, Testing, and Implementation.
Articulate and document requirements, processes, and data.
Prepare and execute test cases and scenarios, coordinating business line managers and IT colleagues.
Support end-user training and implementation coordination globally.
Qualifications and Experience:
Possession of a Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably with an airline background in Flight Safety Management, Flight Operations, or Crew Planning.
Knowledge of Quality & Safety, Training Management, and Crew Planning applications such as iQSMS, EFOS, Web Manuals, or AIMS is an asset.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an analytical role, application support, project-oriented, or operational aviation role.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically about data, systems, and processes.
Coordination skills with the ability to listen and act with limited oversight.
Fluent communication in English (spoken and written) at various organizational levels.
Excellent PC skills and IT aptitude, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and QTest is an advantage.
