Functional Analyst

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Antwerp

On-site Requirements: 2 days per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the functional implementation of lead generators according to defined requirements.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for webpages.
• Assist in setting up screens based on project requirements.
• Coordinate the application integration effort for the customer zone.
• Write use cases for functionalities like registration, login, policy consultation, and document access.
• Map fields in the new front application to existing back-office applications for integration services.
• Develop a 360-degree index and structure to map policies with unique customer IDs.

Expectations:

• Assist the business in specifying requirements by understanding and challenging their needs.
• Analyze functional and non-functional needs, translating them into end-to-end solutions for technical designs and tests.
• Conduct gap analyses for package-based solutions.
• Model processes and describe needs clearly for both business and technical analysts using Use Cases.
• Ensure coordination and knowledge transfer between all parties involved.
• Support technical analysts in developing and documenting technical designs.
• Perform functional, technical, and test analysis.
• Analyze business-related change requests and issues during project implementation.
• Contribute to solution definition and help define scope and workload during project planning.
• Monitor project scope during realization and offer support for production issues.

Profile and Experience:

• Medior+ level with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to break down complex problems and find smart solutions.
• Eager to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from others.
• Open to receiving constructive feedback.

Experience (Must Have):

• Proven experience with implementing customer-facing applications in the service or industry.

Languages:

• Dutch: Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing.
• English: Very good knowledge, both speaking and writing.
