Job Title: Functional Analyst
Location: Antwerpen (50% onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis and documentation within the Telebib2 Product team.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements based on business analysis, architectural vision, and standards.
- Bridge the gap between analysis and development.
- Support the Product Owner in managing business needs and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Capture functional questions for stakeholders, such as brokers.
- Engage in stakeholder management for technical sales meetings and determine requirements for new target applications, focusing on Telebib.
- Assist the Product Owner in reporting and follow-up of education and training, both internally and externally.
- Monitor and support the application domain to ensure business reliability and continuity.
- Develop end-to-end solutions, particularly in connection with the new backend application and product team.
- Ensure design guidelines are followed and updated.
- Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements at both technical and business levels.

Experience:
- Knowledge of insurance standards; familiarity with Telebib2 is a plus.
- Medior to senior level with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional bachelor or equivalent through experience.
- Experience with functional analysis in larger insurance organizations.
- Willingness to learn and utilize designer tools like Enterprise Architect and Adonis.
- Experience working in Agile environments, particularly within a Scrum team.
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experience in data analysis to support decision-making using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other analytics software.
