• Proven experience in the implementation and advanced use of ATS, ideally Avature.
• Very good knowledge of the key features of ATS: publication of offers, application management, workflows, communication, reporting, GDPR compliance.
• Experience in operational recruitment, in a large corporate environment (+1000 employees).
• Ability to work in project mode, with a collaborative and user-oriented approach.
1. Translate developments operationally for recruiters
o Explain concretely how the new features impact their work.
o Illustrate the practical effects of technical choices on their daily lives.
2. Harmonize recruitment processes
o Use Avature as a lever to standardize methods, not the other way around.
3. Maintain a clear vision of the objectives without imposing the 'how'
o Example: publishing an offer is a goal, but the path to get there must be guided by Avature, not defined beforehand by users.
4. Preserve the product logic
o Avature must influence practices, not be shaped by too specific uses.
o Avoid overly personalized developments that harm overall consistency.
5. Accompany recruiters in understanding the impacts
o Explain: "If we do this, here are the concrete consequences."
o Create links between features and business processes.
