Job description:
We are looking for an IT buyer to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in public procurement management, including small contracts and the use and monitoring of public contracts. He will also be responsible for monitoring the execution of the contracts for which he will be responsible.
Responsibilities:
Participation in public procurement: Work closely with the IT purchasing manager to identify needs and define the purchasing strategy. Participate in or lead the drafting of the technical and administrative clauses of the contract.
Monitoring of the OPS division’s procurement cadastre: Support the OPS division manager in developing the cadastre of current needs and markets. Carry out small procurement and maintain the list of OPS requirements.
Monitoring of requests, offers and receipt as well as billing.
Profile sought:
Training: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business sciences or public management.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
Technical skills: Public procurement.
Personal skills: Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mind.
Remarks:
The candidate must have a perfect command of the French language both orally and in writing.
The mission will be carried out mainly on site in Namur at a full-time regime.
The candidate must be flexible and will potentially have to move to different units in Wallonia.
Two days of fixed telecommuting are possible, except on Monday when on-site presence is required.
The working hours must correspond to the schedules of internal employees, with mandatory presence ranges from 9:00 to 11:45 and 14:00 to 16:00.
