Job Title: Tribe Scrum Master

Role Description:

The Cluster Scrum Master will be responsible for the new Credits cluster within the tribe. The primary focus will be on facilitating communication, coordination, and cooperation among stakeholders to ensure the tribe meets its goals. The role involves creating a conducive environment for continuous improvement and reinforcing scrum/agile practices. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the delivery owner for features where the cluster leads.
• Coaching squads on delivery-related topics.
• Fostering collaboration with other clusters in the Risk & Credits tribe.

Language Requirements:

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Certifications:

Certification in agile methodologies/delivery is a plus.

Telework Expectation:

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in delivering projects in a scaled agile context.
• Preferable experience with project delivery in a distributed development environment.

Business Experience:

• Mandatory banking experience.
• Preferable experience in credits and/or channels.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders.
• Capable of maintaining a broad perspective to identify and resolve inter-tribe/squad dependencies.
• Significant influence to promote agile delivery practices within and beyond the tribe.
