Administrative Support Position

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within the purchasing department.
- Ensure strict follow-up of the purchasing process and create purchase orders within deadlines.
- Support internal customers and suppliers regarding purchase orders on SAP and the Ariba network.
- Create, modify, and adapt purchase orders in SAP across different purchasing groups.
- Create and follow up on contracts in SAP.
- Monitor functional mailboxes.
- Collaborate with the Excellence team for process optimization.
Requirements:
- Medior experience or interest in logistics or purchasing processes.
- Proficient in SAP MM and Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or administrative field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to establish good relationships with internal customers.
- Proactive with strong communication skills.
- Essential knowledge of the purchasing process.
- Team player willing to assist other team members when necessary.
- Autonomous with a willingness to learn.
Language Requirements:
- French or Dutch as a mother tongue, with a good knowledge of the other national language.
- Very good knowledge of English.
