Senior Project Coordinator/PMO

Responsibilities:
- Participate in ETB PMO meetings and liaise with the project manager.
- Maintain project resources, budget, and status updates in Sciforma.
- Support resource management, including availability, onboarding, capacity, and access to tools.
- Manage requests for quotes and payment of invoices.
- Organize steering committees, including meetings, attendance, preparation of slides, and minutes of meetings.
- Manage project documentation and repositories.
- Execute the communication plan for the project.
- Attend project, design, and testing meetings, capturing agreed actions.
- Develop action plans for deliverables to meet agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate stakeholders to assign tasks and update progress.
- Track and report project KPIs, including schedule, risks, and quality.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues when necessary.
- Lead and prepare project core team meetings.
- Understand the status and challenges in product design and development.
- Liaise informally with project team members to develop trustful relationships.
- Be proactive and willing to go the extra mile to support the entire project team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or PMO.
- Experience with program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, Sciforma) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch, both spoken and written.
- Experience in international IT project delivery is a plus.
- Autonomous and capable of managing and respecting program deadlines.
- Effective stakeholder management, including relationships with executives, team members, and external partners.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of PMO and project management methodologies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and willing to support the entire project team.
- Well-organized with strong analytical skills.
- Result-driven.
