Functional Analyst MS Dynamics (Mid/Senior Level)

Description and Tasks

We are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our relationship management (XRM) team. The main objective is to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include understanding functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into system configurations, providing training, and ensuring the solution aligns with business objectives, encompassing both functional and technical aspects.

Overview of Tasks:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand and document business needs and pain points.
2. Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and codeless extensibility, including system customization to meet specific business requirements.
3. Lead the implementation and go-live process, provide end-user training, and offer ongoing support and troubleshooting.
4. Work with technical teams to ensure proper integration and development, and provide functional specifications to development teams.
5. Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and improvement using the Dynamics 365 platform.

Profile and Experience

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, potentially specialized in areas like Customer Engagement, Field Service, or Business Central.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver a return on investment.
• Experience with system configuration, customization, and integration, along with an understanding of best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics analysis and implementation projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management using stakeholder analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience working in an agile environment and scrum team.
• Certifications in MS Dynamics are a plus.
