IT Project Manager Position

For a client we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager.

Location:

Brussels (On-site presence required two days a week, currently set to Tuesday and Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end IT projects and change initiatives.
• Create clear project planning and roadmap, and follow up on the status of different deliverables.
• Develop a release plan to manage the sequence of deliverables.
• Facilitate the delivery of business and technical features.
• Understand the customer journey from start to finish.
• Coordinate and connect different IT systems, identifying and managing dependencies within and outside the tribe/area.
• Manage stakeholders effectively.
• Bridge the gap between business and development teams, understanding business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Understand the overall IT architecture and link projects/changes to the end-to-end architecture.

Qualifications:

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable interacting with both business and IT personnel.
• Ability to understand and connect business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of overall IT architecture and its relation to projects and changes.
• Experience at ING or ING BE is a plus.

Requirements:

• Onshore presence in Brussels two days a week.
• Open to employees or direct freelancers.
