Product Owner AI Customer Assist
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension
Work Schedule: Full-time with 2 fixed office days per week

Role Overview:
As a Product Owner AI Customer Assist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance customer interactions and improve operational efficiency. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders, and leading a multidisciplinary team to create impactful data products that support digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate: Provide thought leadership in Artificial Intelligence and identify new opportunities for existing and new AI products.
- Define: Accountable for the definition, development, maintenance, and SLAs of AI products addressing specific business needs.
- Plan: Develop and negotiate a clear roadmap for AI products with business stakeholders.
- Execute: Guide and challenge multidisciplinary analytics teams to build data products and communicate results to senior management.
- Coach: Collaborate with the talent lead to coach data specialists, focusing on personal growth within the data organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10–15 years in relevant fields such as management consulting, data strategy, product management, or AI.
- Must-Have Skills:
- Strong data, business, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of data-driven business strategies.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to deliver impactful messages to senior leadership.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills to manage conflicting priorities and ambiguity.
- Ability to lead and coach multiple small teams of data experts.
- Background in management consulting is a significant plus, with skills in slide writing, business cases, prioritization, project management, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Agile mindset and experience with organizational change.
- Fluent in English.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with major strategy and management consulting firms.
- Exposure to AI applications in the telecom or banking sectors.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch.
