IT Business Analyst with Ultimo Expertise

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Clarify, analyze, and document business requirements of internal stakeholders, ensuring proposed solutions align with IT&D requirements and policies.
• Understand end-to-end business and system process flows.
• Facilitate discussions among various stakeholders to achieve clarification and agreement on business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external functional analysts (Ultimo) to build user stories and support system configuration.
• Actively engage with application teams, COE, and Ultimo.
• Deliver business and technical presentations effectively.

Core Competency Skill Sets:

• Excellent analytical skills, data mapping, business process mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and awareness of ServiceNow is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Good knowledge of Ultimo as a Business Analyst/Configuration.
