Part-Time Project Leader

Project Leader within the Partner Management Office

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Work Regime: 50%

Languages: English - Dutch

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic partnerships through coordination, reporting, and financial follow-up.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance via dashboards, reports, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Administer project changes and purchase orders.
  • Support financial reporting and capitalization for strategic IT partners.
  • Manage monthly timesheets and assist users with system changes and testing.
  • Create and maintain financial tracking projects.
  • Optimize SharePoint structure for secure and efficient collaboration.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in administrative project coordination or partner management; junior profiles are acceptable if supported by strong education or relevant skills.
  • Must-have skills:
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong experience with Excel and SharePoint.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively.
    • Stress resilience and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Team-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude.
    • English professional proficiency.
  • Nice-to-have skills:
    • Dutch language skills.
    • Experience in and passion for a digital or technological environment.
    • Affinity with soft, caring team cultures.
    • Familiarity with internal reporting and finance processes.
