Project Leader within the Partner Management Office

Responsibilities:
	- Support strategic partnerships through coordination, reporting, and financial follow-up.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance via dashboards, reports, and satisfaction surveys.
- Administer project changes and purchase orders.
- Support financial reporting and capitalization for strategic IT partners.
- Manage monthly timesheets and assist users with system changes and testing.
- Create and maintain financial tracking projects.
- Optimize SharePoint structure for secure and efficient collaboration.
- Propose and implement process improvements.
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
	- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Experience: Relevant experience in administrative project coordination or partner management; junior profiles are acceptable if supported by strong education or relevant skills.

- Strong experience with Excel and SharePoint.
