Job description:
You will participate in the digital transformation by implementing various tools and technologies in a secure manner. Cybersecurity is paramount, and you will contribute to the digitisation, modernisation and implementation of modern, mobile, secure and high-performance systems. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team as a Functional Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Analyse the needs of customers and stakeholders.
Translate these needs into ICT applications, guidelines, procedures and processes.
Take responsibility for one or more functional processes.
Analyse and model business user requirements.
Define detailed functional specifications and draw up functional requirements.
Define the associated tests and participate in the implementation of the project.
Act as the point of contact for the project team on functional aspects.
Design and deliver user training courses.
Design and model the functional architecture of the application.
Design and lead workshops to identify user requirements.
Conduct user interviews and write user guides and business guides.
Prepare and lead meetings.
Required qualifications:
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of functional analysis methods and techniques (UML Use Cases, UML Class Diagram, Data Model - ERD).
Good knowledge of process description methods and techniques (UML Activity Diagram or BPMN).
Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Agile, DevOps and Scrum.
Knowledge of GDPR and personal data protection rules.
Skills and qualities:
