Data Analyst

Mission Context:

We are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join the Market & Customer Analysis team. The role involves collaborating closely with team members and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into hypotheses, verified using available client data. A strong analytical mind and good knowledge of the business context are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, transform, and analyze raw data using sourcing techniques.
• Deliver business impact to improve customer approach.
• Present concise stories in PowerPoint with key conclusions and recommendations based on data.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Fluent
• French: Fluent
• English: Fluent

Education:

Master’s degree in economics or another academic background with substantial knowledge and experience in data and analytics in a business context.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics.
• Proven experience in SAS EG, SQL, and Python for data capture and transformation.
• Tableau reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of Power BI or Excel is an asset.
• Strong understanding of bank and insurance products and sector is preferable.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to set up ad hoc queries and reports.
• Eager to understand and analyze relevant data to answer business questions and provide conclusions and recommendations.
