Data Scientist - Senior

Role Description:

Join the Artificial Intelligence team as a medior or senior Data Scientist. This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience and a proven track record in developing generative AI applications. You will be responsible for:

• Creating AI applications to tackle various business challenges, enhance client experiences, empower employees, and optimize internal processes.
• Utilizing analytical methodologies, including generative AI and predictive AI techniques such as Prompt Engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, speech-to-text, agentic applications, image generation and interpretation, NLP, and classical statistical/machine learning techniques.
• Demonstrating extensive experience in programming with Python and deploying AI applications in production.
• Communicating results directly to top management.
• Working with a rich volume of varied data in an innovative and lean environment.
• Collaborating with a team in an Agile organization.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch or French
• Fluent in English

Education:

At least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or engineering. Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply.

Required Experience/Knowledge:

At least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and Analytics.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Python, deep learning, and pre-trained models.
• Preferable: Domino, git, genAI framework (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic applications).

Business Experience:

• Preferable: GenAI Application.
