Community Excellence Lead
Location: Antwerpen
Duration: Full-time, 6 months with the possibility of extension
On-site Requirements: Minimum 3 days per week on-site presence required
Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Dutch

Responsibilities:
- Lead, drive, and develop the Community Excellence Team, fostering a safe and collaborative environment.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction in areas such as Change Management, Employee Development, Training, Communication, and Onboarding.
- Implement standards and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team by defining and executing an improvement plan.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the Management Team, ensuring strategic alignment and performance review.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening stakeholder alignment, communication, and engagement.
- Manage an external network to align on strategy and share best practices.
- Provide strategy and expertise to lead the Community Excellence team.
Technical Profile Requirements:
- Master’s degree in economics, sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in people excellence, including development, training, change management, and communication.
- Experience in change management and transformation/digitalization projects.
- Experience with procurement, warehousing is a plus.
- Deep understanding of business and process needs.
- Experience in large, diverse multinational environments.
