Job Opportunity: Medior Operational Manager
For a client, we are seeking a Medior Operational Manager for the further rollout of the Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM).

Responsibilities
- Ensure operational readiness of processes to be operated, including implementing necessary processes and evolving them over time, mainly through in-house developed IT tools.
- Implement procedures through robust IT and non-IT tools in collaboration with product architects, customer service, business analysts, and IT services.
- Run processes of prequalification, auction, monitoring and settlement, reporting & transparency for all participants in the CRM mechanism.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager and Product Architect.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, such as implementing complex processes in IT tools and running operations.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to act, answer, or delegate actions/questions appropriately.
- Strong willingness to develop in-depth expertise on CRM and related processes and product designs.
- Procedural accuracy with the ability to work in an evolving environment and update processes.
- Customer-oriented and independent.
