For a client we are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) 

Role Description:

• Gather requirements through interviews, meetings, and workshops.
• Describe existing and new business processes using clear diagrams and flow charts.
• Formalize requirements with a Business Requirements Specification (BRS) using corporate templates.
• Write test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide progress reports.
• A finance background is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Inquisitiveness and persistence.
• Ability to quickly learn the processes and technicalities of the system.
• Capability to support the business through testing, migration, and go-live phases.
• Ability to build understanding and gain trust and respect from senior users.

• Not looking for someone who will critique past decisions or is overly reserved.
