Solution Designer/Project Lead

Start Date: January 2026

End Date: December 2026 (extension possible)

Responsibilities:

• Translate high-level business and customer needs into feasible functional solutions in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and IT colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to technology standards, non-functional requirements, architecture guidelines, security requirements, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Build transversal domain knowledge in banking operations, products, and services.
• Lead projects professionally, maintaining high quality, stable scope, on-schedule planning, and controlled budget.
• Coordinate and follow-up on functional analysis, technical design, build, IT tests, business tests, and user acceptance.
• Assist the team in overcoming obstacles impacting the project lifecycle.
• Organize proper release deployment.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, other teams, and management to ensure overall alignment.
• Monitor system operations in production and support the team during incidents.

Technical Knowledge:

• Mainframe (Cobol, JCL, DB2, MQ) knowledge is advantageous.
• Cloud experience is an asset, particularly with hybrid architecture (mainframe + Azure Cloud).

Functional Knowledge:

• General banking knowledge.
• Experience in payments domain or customer referential domain is an asset.
