Business Analyst

Location: Brussels

Start Date: Asap

End Date: June 2026, with potential for extension

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to translate the EURO 7 regulation into system functionalities.
• Organize workshops with cross-functional business members to visualize end-to-end business processes.
• Analyze and document logical relationships among data.
• Work closely with the Technical Architect and Development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to analyze requirements for successful system implementation.
• Capable of handling complex projects simultaneously and collaborating across functions independently.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore teams.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in O365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence, etc.).
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
• Previous experience in ESG regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EUBP, EUDR, etc.).
