Data Quality Analyst

Description:
The role involves modernizing and controlling data repositories, governance, management, and usage. The aim is to safeguard revenue streams, gain efficiency, comply with regulations, and create an adaptable platform.
Responsibilities:
- Create data quality controls for efficient business processes related to client and transactional data.
- Monitor data quality using dashboards/KPIs and support their redesign and upgrade.
- Coordinate resolution of data quality issues by analyzing and solving dysfunctions or non-optimized usage of client and data.
- Identify and document Data Quality issues and their business impacts.
- Analyze root causes and propose solutions in collaboration with stakeholders (IT, process, operations, compliance).
- Support change management actions for impacted teams.
- Support data certification processes.
- Design, monitor, and report on common reference tools, consolidating and harmonizing them.
- Support Client and Compliance Data Managers in maintaining key Security data documentation.
- Develop expertise on Security data flows and applications.
- Act as a key contributor to the development of Data Quality practices.
Language Requirements:
- Dutch: Good (or French)
- French: Good (or Dutch)
- English: Fluent
Education:
Master’s degree required.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Quality Analysis.
- Understanding of data lifecycle and usage.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Business experience in Security domains.
Technical Experience:
- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Preferable experience in stakeholders management.
- Knowledge of databases.
- Experience in data governance frameworks and tools (Collibra/Ab Initio).
- Development and/or use of dashboards (e.g., Tableau).
- Business Objects experience.
- Knowledge of digital culture and capacity to navigate the digital ecosystem.
- SQL, SAS, Python is a plus.
Business Experience:
- Perform data analysis demonstrating business impacts.
- Preferable experience in Security data domain.
