Senior TypeScript Developer

We are looking for a Senior TypeScript Developer for a client who will contribute to the further development of an event-driven middleware platform.

Location: Brussels / hybrid (1 day per week at the office)

Duration: 6 months, renewable

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
Developing and expanding an event-driven middleware platform.
Independently managing daily time allocation across various projects.
Designing and building high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs and Workers.

Requirements:
More than 5 years of relevant experience in modern TypeScript and Node.js development.
Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, gRPC, Event Sourcing, Azure/AWS, CI/CD (Github/ArgoCD).
DevOps mindset with knowledge of CI/CD, Docker and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Strong knowledge of automated testing and code quality.
Familiarity with agile collaboration and team-based delivery.
Experience with Clean Architecture and/or event sourcing is a plus.

Language skills: English (required), French (preferred).

Reporting:
Reports to the Tech Lead – Software Development.
