Solution Architect

Location: Halle + Lokeren

Responsibilities:

• Design IT solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure support for the IT solution with the client, project team, and support/run team.
• Identify IT risks and facilitate decision-making when evaluating alternative solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of the reference architecture in line with business needs and IT field advancements.
• Ensure alignment of solution architecture with enterprise architecture.
• Monitor the realization of solutions to ensure consistency with the solution architecture.
• Document architecture decisions according to expected standards.
• Participate in architecture governance processes and boards.

Reporting:

• Weekly status updates to Project Managers.
• Monthly updates to the Enterprise IT Architect on architecture deliverables.
• Monthly status updates to the immediate Team Manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Ability to identify and mitigate IT risks.
• Experience in architecture governance and documentation.

• Proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in project teams.
