SAP Finance Functional Analyst

Location: Gosselies + Remote

Languages: French + English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)

Responsibilities:

• Capture and formalize business needs into a list of requirements, establishing links between them and other initiatives.
• Write sequence diagrams in UML based on BPMN diagrams provided by the business.
• Lead workshops with various stakeholders, including business representatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Contribute to solution studies and draft ad hoc documentation.
• Build validated solutions in the development system.
• Conduct testing activities and participate in migration activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to formalize functional analysis in various UML diagrams.
• Proven experience with new Finance S/4 structures (Universal Journal, table simplification).
• Proven experience in writing and validating test scenarios.
• Proven experience with SAP Finance in ECC6 and S/4 HANA.
• Proven experience as a functional analyst.
• Senior level with more than 5 years of experience.
• Participation in at least one S/4HANA migration or deployment project.
• Ability to interpret and understand BPMN diagrams.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• French language proficiency at C2 level on the CEFR scale.
• English language proficiency at B1 level.
• Experience with testing management tools (HPQC or equivalent).
• Experience with modeling tools (Sparx EA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in testing methodology and techniques (integration and functional).
