We are looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients.

Start date: January 12, 2026
End date: June 11, 2027 (possible extension)

Role overview:

We are looking to recruit a mid-level Change Manager for the Change Management Unit – Transformation Division. The position is based in Liège, with the possibility of working remotely up to two days per week (minimum three days on site). The main responsibility is to develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption by teams and minimize resistance.
 

Key responsibilities:

Participate in defining a structured approach to change:

Identify stakeholders.
Conduct the necessary impact analyses.
Analyze potential resistance.
Contribute to the creation of change plans (communication plan, training plan, engagement plan, etc.).

Implement the change plan(s):

Manage and monitor activities related to the change plan (communication, training, engagement, etc.).
Continuously measure and evaluate the situation throughout the project.
Ensure that specified and essential deliverables are completed and adapted to production.

Establish sustainability activities:

Monitor adoption levels.
Process feedback and make necessary corrections.
Measure the extent to which change has taken root and make improvements accordingly.
Monitor adoption levels during and after the project.


Required skills and experience:

Experience in setting up change-related KPIs, monitoring them, and launching related actions.
Knowledge of project/program management phases.
Proven experience in change management: methodology and tools.
Intermediate level (3 to 5 years) of experience in implementing change plans.
Proven experience with Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
Fluency in French at C2 level (CEFR).

Desirable skills:

Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating training plans.
Proven experience in coaching.
Experience in operational efficiency projects and the implementation of field/operational projects.
