Role Description:

The IT Transversal Project Manager will be responsible for managing IT Production initiatives, supporting business Initiative Owners to ensure delivery, and managing conflicts related to prioritization, budget, value for money, and scope. The role involves monitoring and controlling the progress of feature delivery, ensuring expected results, and facilitating communication and information flow with stakeholders. The Project Manager will contribute to Scrum of Scrum and Quarterly Agile Planning, bridging business stakeholders and IT suppliers to deliver optimal solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Initiative ownership and support for IT Production initiatives.
• Monitor and control feature delivery progress.
• Ensure initiative delivers expected results.
• Collect feature status information.
• Stakeholder management and organization of required ceremonies.
• Identify and resolve impediments at initiative level.
• Facilitate discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution.
• Protect the team from unexpected workloads and align with APS Management.
• Report to the Chapter Lead of IT APS Transversal Roles.

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• At least 5 years of strong experience in a similar function.
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar function.
• Professional experience of at least 10 years.

Technical Experience:

• Understanding of technical and complex infrastructure architecture design documents.
• Preferable knowledge of infrastructure migration projects.

Business Experience:

• Preferable experience in the banking sector.
• Ability to work in Agile Way Of Working.
