Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: Long-term assignment
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 2 to 3 office days per week
• Language Requirements: English (Dutch is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technology roadmap in collaboration with architecture and product owners.
• Provide optimal technical solutions to business challenges.
• Promote and enforce architectural and software factory guardrails.
• Ensure compliance with quality attributes such as security, maintainability, scalability, and code quality.
• Reduce technical debt and improve code quality.
• Guide teams in cloud adoption and bridge theory with implementation.
• Drive innovation, including AI adoption and process automation.
• Streamline delivery, patching, and release processes.
• Organize training and inspirational sessions for new technologies.
• Support business analysts in translating requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure proper technical documentation and perform code reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or solution design roles in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in scalable software design, architecture, and modern delivery processes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS preferred), CI/CD, security, and databases.
• Familiarity with AI, networking/infrastructure, and industry best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Team player with leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

• Cloud expertise (AWS preferred).
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Enterprise-level architecture and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background in network architecture (fiber/HFC).
• Dutch language skills.
• Experience with Infosys, Accenture, Netcracker ecosystems.
