Full Stack Developer (PHP/JavaScript)

Mission:

• Enhance and maintain internal applications, with a strong focus on Oracle-based Document Management Systems.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to both the maintenance of current systems and the design of future architectures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Act as a key contact for application-related issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Document processes, updates, and user support activities.
• Participate in regular follow-up meetings to track progress and resolve issues.

Experience Required:

• Data management and manipulation.
• In-depth expertise in relational databases with a specialization in Oracle, including complex schema design, query optimization, and administration.
• Skills enabling accurate modeling, security, and efficient archiving of documents within a document management system.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL for the development of stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages, ensuring efficient and secure server-side data processing.

Backend Development:

• Solid experience in PHP for the creation of applications interfaced with Oracle via OCI8 as well as API development.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend architectures.

Frontend Development:

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript for designing user-friendly interfaces that allow access and consultation of documents, while complying with the accessibility and security constraints specific to document systems.
• Expertise in jQuery for improving user experience, DOM manipulation, and implementing dynamic client-side interactions.

Automation and Scripting:

• Advanced skills in PowerShell for automating Windows tasks and integrating applications and VBA for Office automation.
• Skills in Bash for administration and automation in Linux.
• Ability to meet mass processing and file management optimization needs.

Skills:

• 6–9 years of experience in IT application development and infrastructure support.
• Multilingual fluency in English and French or Dutch.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, jQuery.
• Proficient in IIS, Apache, Linux, Bash, PowerShell.
• Proficient in Okta and certificate management.
• Proficient in PHP, C++, C#, Visual Studio.
• Proficient in relational databases with a focus on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
