Senior Business Analyst

Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Develop requirements based on cost-sharing methodology and processes.

• Gather, validate, and refine business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Plan and conduct workshops with RSC and TSO experts.
• Serve as testing lead: prepare test strategy, draft use cases, coordinate testers, and oversee SAT/UAT execution.
• Perform critical reassessment of requirements and testing outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with programme documentation and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis and testing leadership.

• Proven expertise in cost-sharing principles and methodology.
• Strong experience as testing lead, including SAT/UAT management.
• Knowledge of business analysis techniques (SWOT, BPM, Use Case Modelling, etc.).
• Familiarity with IT tools and testing frameworks.
• Fluent in English.
• Open to travel across Europe and work on site when required.
