Program Manager Business

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, and control functions, to identify and document existing processes and tools.
• Work closely with the external partner to understand their systems, processes, and requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrated solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the integration, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor and report on progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in program/project management, preferably in a transversal context.
• Strong understanding of business operations, IT, and process management, in a banking context.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically.
• Experience with Agile at Scale methodologies preferable.
