Description of the function:

The writer will be responsible for the development and maintenance of training material for trainers and end users on all software applications related to the RAAVIS project. This material will include a modular online training platform for end users (presentations, voice recordings, video recordings, exercises), a well-maintained Q&A platform and support material for trainers. The platforms put in place will be used to train all border guards and other police personnel using these applications. The training material will not only cover applied processes and practical application use, but also instantiate the content of the interoperability manual at national level, in a practical form describing the actions to be taken in each possible situation.
 

Tasks:

Analyze, in collaboration or not with functional analysts, the needs of users.
Meet the expectations and technical specifications of users, taking into account feasibility and rules and standards within the administration.
Draft the technical documentation.
Help ensure the maintenance of applications in order to improve them or adapt them to changes within the software and hardware.

Language skills:
Bilingual (French, Dutch) preferably, or failing that, sufficient basic knowledge of a second national language.
