Job Description:

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our transversal Process team. You will be responsible for managing the high-level mapping of all flows. Your role will involve participating in the ideation phases with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions align with customer needs and the company's strategy, focusing on operational efficiency and risk management. You will define solutions, implement or review business processes, and ensure end-to-end management from customer request to product/service delivery. Change management and process improvement are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Map high-level processes and create a process catalog in Aris.
• Work in an Agile environment to quickly respond to market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs.
• Define and implement business processes and flows with the Chapter lead.
• Ensure end-to-end management of business processes.
• Design and improve the client journey.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Report on assignment status at various levels within the Tribe.
• Collect, understand, and challenge the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Curious about process flows.
• Ability to understand and unify the needs of stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive, and experienced in leading projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to present analysis results at different management levels.
• Basic knowledge of Agile working methods is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model.
• Efficient facilitator and communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to convince, influence, and negotiate effectively.
• Driven and tenacious in finding creative solutions.
• Customer-oriented and committed to meeting expectations.
