Mission Context:

The Tribe Transversal Capabilities & Functions is a department consisting of business and IT profiles working together to support all the businesses and ensure the proper functioning of tools and processes. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to integrate into an Agile framework, contributing to business continuity and managing various features and tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
• Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development team during feature refinement.
• Provide support during business and user testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously challenge and improve existing processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Create and maintain documentation for uniform execution, incident solving, and support.
• Periodically review documentation to ensure compliance with control functions.

Language Requirements:

Dutch and/or French, fluent in English (working language).

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Technical experience with Agile methodology is preferable.
• Business experience is mandatory.
