IS Project Leader Position

Description:

Join a dynamic team of 160 professionals, including analysts, architects, developers, service coordinators, and project leaders. As part of a team of five project leaders, you will manage projects sequentially or in parallel over multiple years. This position is open due to the launch of several new projects. Your role will involve structuring ideas into realization plans, formulating planning and business cases with the business, and overseeing all aspects of project execution. You will be responsible for GDPR assessments, steering committees, and ensuring collaboration among IT parties. Your projects will include new implementations, migrations, and obsolescence initiatives, with a focus on applications. You will also assist in creating internal structures such as portfolio and resource forecasting, working within the existing waterscrum methodology and contributing to its improvement.

Lines of Communication:

You will interact with the CIO, infrastructure teams, business divisions, supporting teams, architects, analysts, developers, external suppliers, SDMs, the CISO, and the DPO.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project leader for IT applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Azure DevOps, and SNOW SPM.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch, and French.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Cloud solutions and connectivity.
• Experience in change management.
