Project Manager

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: 01/01/2026
• End Date: July 2027
• Location: Oost-Vlaanderen (Hybrid - partly onsite and partly remote)
• Work Regime: Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholders including schools, technology partners, and internal teams to align objectives and expectations.
• Monitor progress and risks, provide clear reporting, and ensure compliance with project goals and funding requirements.
• Organize events as dissemination activity.
• Control budgets and resources, optimizing allocation for maximum impact and scalability.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D): Designing, implementing, or managing training programs, digital learning platforms, or educational innovation projects.
• Project Management Expertise: Ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Educational Technology and/or AI Knowledge: Familiarity with smart learning solutions, AI-driven tools, and trends in digital education.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Skilled in collaborating with educators, technology providers, and internal teams to drive adoption and change.
