Fiscal Compliance Specialist

For a client, we are seeking a highly skilled professional for a challenging role in the field of fiscal compliance. This position requires a strong command of Dutch and French, with a good proficiency in English. The role demands 50% on-site presence in Brussels.

Mission Context:

• Join the Team responsible for handling additional stock of files 
• The team is managed by one manager and is tasked with checking, analyzing, accepting, or refusing incoming international transactions 
• Manage follow-ups by contacting clients or relationship managers to collect necessary documents and information.
• Ensure familiarity with internal tools and proper archiving of all files.
• Escalate any suspected fraud cases 
• This role requires a strong understanding of personal aspects and involves handling sensitive client information.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to management.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal deontology and internal processes.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Excellent
• French: Excellent
• English: Good

Education:

Master’s Degree in Tax

Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 2.5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal tax matters.
• Experience in tax analysis processes.
• Ability to quickly learn internal tools.
