Test Analyst Position

Mission Period

Language Requirements

• English: Good proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
• Dutch: Fluent to good proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
• French: Fluent to good proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing

Level of Education Required

Master’s degree or experienced Bachelor

Business Experience Required

• Experience with structured test preparation (strategy, test script), execution, and reporting
• Mid-level experience (2 to 5 years)

Technical Experience Required

• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word & Excel), SAS/SQL
• Experience with test management tools: HP ALM, XRAY, etc.
• Mid-level experience (2 to 5 years)
• Preferable: Certification in ISTQB, UFT

Functional Experience Required

• System Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test experience
• Mid-level experience (2 to 5 years)

Objective of the Job

• Analyze existing specifications of the application and discuss with the business analyst if needed
• Translate specifications into test strategy, test cases, and test scenarios
• Write test suites to cover the test cases
• Execute test scenarios and report bugs to the IT department
• Follow-up and report progress in progress reports, personal meetings with the test leader, project leader, and team meetings
• Execute regression tests to ensure the stability of the applications
