Service Manager
Role Overview:
The SPVM-CoE Squad is in search of a Senior Service Manager to contribute to the deployment of DORA regulations. The role involves:
- Reviewing and integrating DORA regulations into existing policies and procedures with a focus on service excellence.
- Raising awareness of both existing and new policies and procedures among IT and non-IT stakeholders.
- Managing partnerships and relationships within SPVM and with IT and Business, from middle-managers to executives.
- Executing SPVM procedures, including interviewing IT stakeholders and reporting collected data.
- Collecting data to assess the criticality of suppliers and feeding the register of information related to ICT suppliers.
- Contributing to the development of the SPVM-Service Catalogue.
- Providing and reviewing requirements for tooling development in O365 and ServiceNow.
- Supporting the SPVM transformation, including the implementation of Agile principles and tools.
Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in IT services outsourcing, vendor management, procurement, or IT service management in a cross-cultural environment.
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks and third-party risk controls.
- Experience with Agile operating models and Agile KPIs frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with C-level executives and below, both IT and non-IT.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Collaborative spirit and positive attitude.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems, develop practical solutions, and implement projects.
- Flexible attitude and ability to manage changes in a transforming and demanding environment.
- Ability to act autonomously, in a self-organized and timely manner, reassessing priorities when required.
- Consulting mindset to act as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with supplier management regulations such as DORA, EBA, CSDR, CSRD, BRRD.
- Knowledge of post-trade market infrastructures (e.g., CSD).
- Technical skills to continuously improve processes (e.g., Excel expertise, PowerBI).
