Solution Architects

Work Regime: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Translate business and IT requirements into a solution design aligned with the long-term vision and reference architecture.

• Improve business results by converting business requirements into IT solutions, following documentation.
• Contribute to a dynamic, open, and motivated team by creating high-level solution designs for procurement and reviewing vendor-produced designs.
• Enhance standards, methodologies, best practices, and technical solutions through project and program engagement.
• Assess and understand the impact of new technology introductions on the organization's technology landscape.
• Manage solution architectures from conception to production delivery.
• Design both physical and logical components of solution architectures for positive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to estimate costs and implementation time for architecture components.
• Define Technical (Software, Infrastructure, Data) and Business Architecture.
• Validate designs, costs, planning, and quality of solutions and components from bidders.
• Follow up on IT delivery processes and suggest improvements.
• Define, track, and validate delivery of technical artifacts.
• Create and defend business cases for IT landscape improvements to IT and business boards.
• Perform Q&A, release validation, and operations to enhance processes and activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.

• Experience in software development and software lifecycle.
• Proficiency in containerization and private cloud.
• Experience with complex datasets (large structured data).
• Familiarity with strict secure environments and security audits.
• Experience in vendor collaboration for build and delivery.
• Proficiency in documentation using standard notations (UML, ArchiMate).
• Experience in automation (SaaS, testing...).
• Fluent in English.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of information technology and data communications.

• Knowledge of modern state-of-the-art implementation and testing methodologies.
