Operational Security Engineer (Resilience/IT Continuity)

Role Description:
The Resilience/IT Continuity Engineer will support the IT Continuity & Resilience Officer (ICRO) within the Cluster of Resiliency. Expertise in Continuity & Resilience processes is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Define and promote the Continuity & Resilience aspects of the IT Strategy.
- Steer and supervise the management of IT Continuity and IT Resilience.
- Establish and implement policies, reference frameworks, methods, and tools for managing IT Continuity, IT Resilience, and Cyber Resilience risks.
- Report on IT Continuity and Resilience.
- Coordinate initiatives related to Cyber Resilience.
Activities:
- Define the Continuity & Resilience aspects of the IT strategy.
- Steer and supervise the management of IT & Resilience Continuity.
- Deploy policies, reference frameworks, methods, and tools for controlling IT continuity, IT Resilience, and Cyber Resilience risks.
- Report on IT Continuity & IT Resilience.
- Coordinate initiatives around the Cyber Resilience of the entity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infra resiliency topics.
- Ability to provide a clear overview of resiliency expectations and challenges to stakeholders.
- Technical experience in technology landscape, stakeholder management, communication best practices, architecture, and technical diagrams.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Application development, Databases, Middleware, etc.
- Business experience with Agile methodology.
