Application Project Manager

Location: Brussels

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation, planning, execution, and completion of projects on time, within budget, and with the necessary quality.

  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring project objectives are met according to scope.
  • Create transparency for all stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
  • Handle capacity planning to ensure availability and focus across project team members.
  • Set up project objectives with management and stakeholders, ensuring project effort and cost estimation.
  • Monitor project deliverables, scope, quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise rules and standards, including compliance and operational risk.
  • Document and report on project progress, contributing to project steering committees.
  • Facilitate communication between business and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth handover of project deliverables.
  • Design and coordinate change management plans if no dedicated change manager is appointed.
  • Ensure test plans are prepared, executed, and followed up if no dedicated test manager is appointed.
  • Lead and manage the project team functionally.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in project management.

  • Strong IT background with practical experience in projects involving Salesforce.
  • Expertise in MS Office and light automations.
  • Experience with Agile accelerator module of Salesforce.
  • Solid experience in project management methods, processes, and tools (Waterfall methods like Prince2, Agile, Clarity, MS Projects).
  • Proven facilitation skills and ability to orchestrate multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external service providers.
  • Relevant experience in the banking regulatory domain is preferred.

Language Proficiency:

Dutch, French & English
