Business Analyst for GRC Project (ServiceNow IRM Implementation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to new processes.

• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing in consultation with business stakeholders.
• Change Management: Develop training materials for stakeholder adoption and understanding.
• Decision Validation: Collaborate with the team to validate decisions, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
• IT-Business Liaison: Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.
• Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for new processes and coordinate team needs.
• Stakeholder Management: Consider team needs and interdependencies for a holistic approach.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience Level: Medior Business Analyst with experience in GRC projects.

• Technical Expertise: Prior experience with ServiceNow IRM modules is desirable.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of business teams with diverging requirements.
• Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes in a banking context.
• Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Languages: Native French and/or Dutch and proficiency in English.
