SAP FICO Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to manage all NSSR tickets related to FI-CO. The responsibilities include:

• Reviewing incoming requests and finding standard solutions available within the system.
• Designing functional specifications for custom developments before passing them to Infosys.
• Presenting NSSR requests at Value Board meetings when there is a major change.
• Acting as the second-level point of contact for RFI and incidents.
• Monitoring and assessing urgencies for tickets and their treatment (standard vs urgent).
• Participating in various transversal projects as a FI-CO specialist, including STX merger project, RPA project, IFRS19 project, and FSRI initiatives.
• Managing workflows in 4me for FI-CO related processes (tickets, corporate cards).
• Providing support for the SAP 4I Team regarding FI-CO related issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a SAP FICO Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to find solutions within the system.
• Experience in designing functional specifications for custom developments.
• Ability to present and communicate effectively at meetings.
• Experience in managing workflows and providing support for related issues.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Expertise in FI-CO processes and related projects.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French being advantageous.
