Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of multiple projects and services in an
Agile/Scrumenvironment
Act as Scrum Master, ensuring team velocity remains aligned withrelease objectives.
Oversee capacity planning, release planning, and scope management.
Ensure clear and proactive communication with stakeholders (business,analysts, technical teams, infrastructure).
Provide top-down and bottom-up reporting (progress, risks, KPIs,SLAs).
Track and control project scope, budget, quality, and risks (Prince2principles).
Anticipate and escalate risks such as scope creep, budget or scheduleoverruns.
Support teams of analysts, architects, and developers while monitoring performance.
Ensure smooth service operations for systems already in production(incident management, KPI follow-up, SLA compliance).

Profile & Requirements

Proven track record as Project Manager / Project Leader in IT, ideally ingovernment or regulated sectors.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies.
Strong affinity with ICT - comfortable managing teams working in Java/OpenShift environments.
Ability to understand functional analyses and technical architectures,and communicate them to both business stakeholders and IT teams. Beable to challenge proposals & estimates from technical teams.
Experience in healthcare or government IT systems is an asset.
Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders, technicalteams, and analysts.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to say "no"diplomatically when required.
Language requirement: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus.
