Role Description:
As an IT Functional Analyst, you will be part of an international, multi-functional squad responsible for the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and support of qualitative payment products, solutions, and services using Java technology. You will identify business requirements and map out possible solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Your role will involve investigating costs and benefits, designing solutions in detail, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
- Work with architects to establish architecture and refine business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with asset teams to ensure a unified view towards the client.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements for developers and test engineers.
- Design application solutions and identify impacts on application components.
- Follow up on development and testing to ensure coherence with specifications.
- Support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
- Document solutions and assist in test scenario creation and defect analysis.
- Provide support to operational entities and helpdesks post-deployment.
- Analyze production incidents and coordinate solutions.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science
Experience and Skills:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
- Functional and technical knowledge of IT systems.
- Experience in building Swagger APIs.
- Knowledge and experience in banking and payment products.
- Experience in process analysis of payment requirements.
- Practical experience with Scrum in an Agile environment.
