Job Title: Business Analyst - Fraud Cluster

Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS) and preferably possess knowledge of fraud prevention and detection in the banking sector. The Fraud Cluster is responsible for providing tools to combat fraud and coordinating the bank-wide strategy against fraud.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end features and opuses as an Opus owner or feature owner.
  • Master Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
  • Collaborate with squad colleagues and contributors to develop solutions in line with priorities and scope set by product owners.
  • Participate in functional analysis and facilitate business needs collection.
  • Coordinate contributors and stakeholders during the ideation and refinement phase.
  • Document business needs and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Validate collected requirements using mock-ups and visuals.
  • Translate business/client needs into requirements for target solutions.
  • Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities.
  • Assist in change management and monitor go-live processes.
  • Identify and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues.

Language Requirements:

  • Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • English: Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education:

Master’s degree or equivalent by experience

Required Experience/Knowledge:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role.
  • Experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
  • Experience with Opus ownership role.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.

Technical Experience:

  • Expertise in MS Office, specifically with graphs and visualizations of data.
  • Contribution to testing activities.
  • Functional analysis and understanding of technical functionalities.

Business Experience:

  • Excellent business analytic skills with over 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Project management experience, including OPUS and feature ownership, refinement, and ideation techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mind with conceptual thinking and curiosity.
  • Efficiency-oriented with ownership and autonomy.
  • Team player with customer-centric approach and strong stakeholder management.
  • Good communication skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Open to change and capable of integrating change into the roadmap.
