Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated IT and Cyber GRC Expert to join our Processes and Tools team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and improving IT GRC services, processes, and tools, understanding and challenging GRC process interconnections, and driving evolutions, stakeholder support, and user adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Manage GRC processes and tools operations in line with strategic vision and local regulations.
• Implement GRC evolutions and changes with a focus on quality and user experience.
• Provide guidance and support to IT and business units in implementing IT and Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Collaborate with internal clients to clarify expectations and address issues.
• Take on roles in service delivery, process design, requirement analysis, task planning, stakeholder management, user training, and communication.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Agile GRC processes within the framework.
• Monitor GRC tools performance and resolve incidents.
• Simplify GRC processes while preserving critical interdependencies.
• Translate requirements into efficient GRC solutions.
• Align solutions architecture with global GRC strategy.
• Lead implementation and resolve interdependencies of agile constructs.
• Design effective reporting and dashboards.
• Onboard Tribes and Control functions in GRC tools.

Education and Certifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Optional certifications: (ISC)² CISSP or CGRC; ISACA CISA, CISM, or CGEIT.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Dutch (optional).

Experience:

• 5+ years in GRC, including cyber risk, third-party security, compliance control, project management, and process design.
• Strong IT background with experience in cloud services, software development security, and GRC suites.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management frameworks and regulations.
• Experience in financial services and large corporate environments.
